This Purveyor’s Story: After immigrating to American in 1921 Italian-born Ralph Colosimo was inspired to bring the flavor and aroma of Italy to his new home. Moving to Magna Utah in 1923 Ralph opened Rome Market preparing and distributing his authentic sausages when time allowed. Eventually sons Gale and Ernie carried on the tradition of delicious Italian sausage making producing a quality product from the best meats and most flavorful seasonings still using Ralph’s recipes and techniques. Later Gale’s sons took up the practice and continue to produce the quality and flavor of authentic Italian sausages passed down for generations. IMPORTANT: To maintain freshness this item is only shipped out Monday and Tuesday. All orders must be received by 5pm MST Mondays in order to ship that week. The product is shipped with an ice pack or dry ice and it ships 3 days within the continental U.S. We recommend placing a container or cooler outside of your door to help prevent spoilage of the product.
